Strong strength, taking the lead in successfully developing the production technology of ultra-fine spherical metal oxide powder by direct combustion method in China and obtaining the authorization of national invention patent, becoming the second supplier of submicron spherical alumina and silica powder in the world. At present, it can supply spherical oxide powder including alumina, silica, magnesia, titania and spherical composite powder such as alumina-magnesia spinel and ZTA in batches.

The particle size of nanometer and submicron ultrafine spherical alumina and silica powder produced by direct combustion technology is controllable from 0.1 micron to 10 microns. The powder has the characteristics of 100% particle sphericity, non-agglomeration, good dispersibility and uniform particle size distribution. The impurity content of the product is very low, especially the alkali metal ions such as sodium and potassium, which are all less than 20ppm. The product purity is high, up to 5N.

Sanrui Baide currently has an annual production capacity of 1000 tons of spherical powder by various direct combustion methods. Sanrui Baide has all kinds of powder modification and treatment equipment at the same time, which can modify and granulate the powder according to its different uses and customer needs.
